2.00pm Sammy-Jo Johnson is the Player of the Match for her all-round show that included a 26-ball 33 and a miserly spell of bowling, finishing with figures of 1 for 12 in her four overs
It's Brisbane Heat who have prevailed in that cracker that went down to the last ball, and until Haidee Birkett pulled off a blinder on the square-leg boundary, the match literally hung in the balance. Thunder were cruising around the seventh over mark when Priest and Stalenberg added 56 for the second wicket. Jemma Barsby, who broke that partnership played a pivotal role towards the end, also picking up the crucial scalps of Blackwell, who was looking good to take Thunder home and Farrell, who was bowled first ball.
