5:45pm That brings us to the end of our coverage for this game. In a little while from now, Hundred Men's contest between the London Spirit and the Manchester Originals will be underway, and all the action from that fixture can be accessed here. Until next time, this is goodbye from me, Sudeep and Vairavan. Take care!
Georgia Redmayne is the Meerkat Match Hero: It was a little bit of a tricky wicket. We bowled really well to keep them to that total. I did not start great but nice to get some (in the middle) in the end. Tried to stay calm and play to my strengths. You try to get one or two away and then be on your way. We started off amazing with two wins. Had a bit of a wobble but we have been playing pretty good cricket. Our last game here, we wanted to put on a show and get a win.
5:37pm A fairly comfortable run-chase in the end for the London Spirit. Redmayne batted through the innings and ensured there were no hiccups. She, however, was really struggling at the start and kudos to her for fighting it out and ultimately turning things around. Knight's knock was tidy too and that particular partnership hammered the final nails into the Originals' coffin today.
Lots to dissect for Manchester. Their fielding and catching was sub-par throughout this game. They also missed a chance to dismiss Redmayne early, opting to not review a caught-behind decision inside the powerplay. Ecclestone returning wicket-less also compounded their woes, as did Filer's last set, which went for 18 runs and set the Spirit on their way to victory. They are still not out of contention but need plenty of things to go their way now.
Just four needed now, and the London Spirit have ten balls to get there. Monaghan to bowl what could be the final set of five in this game
