A welcome return to form for Winfield-Hill, and Invincibles keep their playoffs hopes alive with that win. That will be it from us for this game, but don't go anywhere as Rvel has fired up the comms for the men's Hundred nice and early. Thanks for tuning in today. With that, this is me Ashish, signing off on behalf of Himanshu and Chandan. Ciao!
Lauren Winfield-Hill is the player of the match: Great feeling. I was due so it is really nice to contribute at the business end. Just pleased to get a good performance for the team. There was just a bit of hold in the wicket, not a lot of turn. Don't think I have played that many reverse sweeps in my whole career. Was just one of those things that was working, so I kept doing it. Was determined to put in a good performance today. It's always hard this time of the competition. You are looking at other teams' results and willing other teams off. We just want to focus on our work.
1.39pm A comfortable eight-wicket win for Invincibles in the end and they jump to second spot on the points table. An Invincibles win also means that Manchester Originals are now out of the tournament. A 121 target was always going to be dicey, but Winfield-Hill came out with a positive intent scoring an unbeaten 61 off 40 balls. Kapp then closed out the match with an unbeaten 18-ball 30. More importantly, they never let Spirit back in the game at any point
Four to win
Just the five runs needed
Invincibles need 14 runs in 15 balls. Dean is back
