10.55pm That's all we have from today, folks. Australian fans won't be happy to see the series lost but they will know a lot of first-choice players weren't here tonight and are back home. How their bowlers perform in the last match is something to watch out for. India, meanwhile, get to another home series win, Deepak Chahar is back in the T20I squad, Shreyas is back after a break, and India will be please about things shaping up towards the South Africa T20Is starting December 10. The last match of this series is on Sunday in Bengaluru, so join us again that day. Until then, it's goodbye and good luck from Vishal Dikshit and Deiva Muthu.

Ashok: "@Raj, Its ok. WC comes once in 4 years. Bilateral, every quarter"

Harshit: "Why are Axar and Bishnoi even thinking of a World T20 spot, when everyone knows that Ravi Ashwin will pip everyone and get in the squad" Yikes!

himanshu: "Axar and Jadeja have been bowling consistently too fast, today he varied his pace and even bowled slower so he got results"

Here's the presentation:

Axar Patel is the Player of the Match: Since the first game I had been bowling well, so one-odd over for runs doesn't give me stress. I was thinking how to bowl with my strength, even if one match you go for runs, you stick to your strengths, stay strong mentally and bowl stump to stump. I tried to stay attacking to Wade even if he is left-handed. I had to execute my plans and there was not point being scared what if he hits me. The wicket I got today was off a slower ball relatively, you can't get wickets only one way. That's what I was thinking about in the break; these minor changes make a difference and you know how things work only when you try them out in a match.

SKY: Other than toss everything went our way (laughs). Winning was the big boost, especially the way the boys showed character. Everyone expressed themselves irrespective of the situation, and that's what I told them: be fearless, play your game and we'll see what happens. The plan was very clear, to bowl yorkers on the stumps and we'll take it from there. If that doesn't work, we'll see what happens.

Wade: We just didn't play spin very well in the middle and lost few too many wickets so that left Tim David with too much to do. The bowlers coming in did a very good job, Dwarshuis did a very good job, they did really stand up. We want to continue to learn about the players under the established players since the World Cup is around the corner, so depth around the squad will be key.

Raj: "India: king of bilateralsAustralia: 6x wc champion"

Ravi Bishnoi: When SKY gave me the ball I was ready to bowl. I've been very happy with my bowling all series. The atmosphere in this dressing room is great, we're all of similar age and have played together a lot. Sairaj Bahutule (bowling coach) backs our strengths and backs us 100%, he says feel free to try new things that you're sure about.

Arun Prakash: "Unpopular opinion: Axar Patel would have been a beautiful addition in the world cup. He should've been added as a back up to Hardik Pandya instead of Prasidh Krishna. Axar could've done the role of what raina did in 2011." Axar wasn't available because of an injury

KumarS: "Rinku is the Real deal!"

"Thought we would see a Matthew "Rinku" Wade." Girish being cheeky

10.32pm Plenty of fireworks go off in Raipur, it's SKY's first series win as captain and that will give him a load of confidence before flying out to South Africa. Handshakes all around, massive smile on VVS Laxman's face in the dugout, and Rinku and Axar are having a laugh together.

At the halfway mark it didn't look like a massive score even though this wasn't a belter of a pitch. The spinners got assistance even in the first innings, and Axar and Bishnoi combined very well for India too to not only take wickets, but also shoot the asking rate up for Australia for when the quick bowlers came back. The equation later was slightly similar to the last game, but the pitch was different, there was no Maxwell, not as much experience in the Australian line-up, and India emerged victorious despite a valiant effort from Matthew Wade. Ravi Bishnoi and today Jitesh Sharma emerge as massive positives for India in the lead up to the T20 World Cup next year in June. Jaiswal, in my view, is already ahead in the openers' race.

Avesh Khan to Wade, 1 run, full toss hit hard to deep midwicket and that's just a single, so India take the series with a 20-run win
