That's stumps on the opening day of this historic Test. Australia in a terrific position. This pair have done very well to get through the night session, backing up the work of the bowling attack. That was led by Alana King who was magnificent through an unchanged 22-over spell and was well supported by the rest. A few missed chances in the field for the home side, but they are handsomely placed in their quest for 16-0. There's an injury cloud over Ellyse Perry which we'll likely know more about tomorrow.
