12.6 nicked and gone! Kruger with the breakthrough! Off-pace and into the track outside off. Stirling has to wait an eternity for it and then swishes hard at it. The lack of pace, though, means that the ball does not fly off the outside edge. Floats to Rickelton's right, who dives full-length and gobbles up the chance. An excellent tone-setting knock comes to an end! 137/1
16.4 Ross Adair's party is over, and South Africa finally dismiss Ireland's protagonist for the night! Seems like another change-up, dug into the track on middle and leg. Ross hares down the track and swings at it with all his might. He is hitting to the longer boundary, though, and just does not have enough on it to clear Breetzke at deep mid wicket. A round of applause as he walks off - he has put Ireland in a strong position! 174/3
15.1 and Williams finally gets a wicket! Back of a length just outside off. Nips back in a smidgen and goes through Tector, who was looking to smash it down the ground. Topples the bails and Williams does not show any emotion. He knows he should have been among the wickets much earlier! 156/2

16.5 two in the over for South Africa! Slower ball on a length on leg stump. Campher advances, aiming to go downtown. Gets too close to the ball, though, and does not get the elevation he desires. The lack of pace also makes things tricky and Stubbs makes no mistake at long on! 175/4
17.3 does him all ends up! Superly-executed slower ball, pitching on a length on middle and leg. Rock has no clue about this change-up and plays far too early. The ball squirms past his bat and then smashes into middle stump. Ngidi is delighted; Ireland continue to lose their way! 176/5
18.1 a run-out to compound Ireland's woes! Low full toss on the pads. Mark squeezes it out towards deep mid wicket and has to scramble back for the second. Always seems in trouble doing so and is well short of his ground, despite putting in a sprawling dive. Good work on the fence by Breetzke and Rickelton was just as snappy behind the stumps! 180/6

5.3 taken this time! Rickelton has to walk back! Dug into the track on leg stump and this keeps coming back into Rickelton with the angle. He gets cramped for room and also seems to get rushed for pace. Splices it badly and Campher, stood at square leg, dives forward to complete the catch. Big moment in the game! 50/1
12.3 such a soft dismissal, and that is just what Ireland would have wanted! Flighted up full outside off and this seems to drop on Hendricks late, meaning that he has to reach out well in front. Cannot control his stroke thereafter and pops it gently to extra cover. Stirling has a bit of a juggle but clings on in the end. Could that bring Ireland back into this contest? 121/2
18.3 Breetzke bites the dust! Hard length, slanting into leg stump. Breetzke tries to create room for himself but is unable to do so. Cannot free his arms and his swat finds Tector at long on. Mark is absolutely pumped, and Ireland are perhaps ahead in this contest now! 174/6
13.4 one brings two, and Ireland are jubilant! Darted in full on off stump. Markram decides very early he wants to play the reverse but the ball is so quick that he is actually late on the stroke. The ball breezes past the bat and knocks back off stump. Markram trudges back, and that broadens Ireland's window of opportunity! 130/3
15.6 and the change of angle works immediately! Fullish and pushed across wide outside off. Stubbs looks for the drive but only manages a feather through to the keeper. An innocuous delivery has gotten the better of Stubbs and he is absolutely livid with himself. Mark, meanwhile, will not mind this one bit! 157/4
18.1 Mark Adair gets Mulder, and that is another massive moment in the game! Slower delivery dug into the track outside off. Takes an eternity to arrive and by then, Mulder has played three shots in his head. Finally makes contact with his fourth attempt but the lack of pace means the ball goes straight up. Mark calls for it early and takes the catch. Ireland are going nowhere! 173/5

19.3 Hume holds his nerve and Kruger is outta here! Is that the game?! Hume knows Kruger is going to shuffle across and spears this into the blockhole, much closer to off stump. Kruger cuts himself off because of his initial trigger and ends up dragging it onto his stumps. Hume is off on his celebratory run and Ireland can touch it now! 182/8
18.6 Mark Adair finishes his spell with a wicket, and SA are right up against it now! Back-of-the-hand slower ball on a shortish length outside off. Peter throws his hands at it and slaps it uppishly towards extra cover. Stirling tracks it well and then flings himself to his left, snaring a sharp chance. Ireland coming up trump just when the pressure has been amped up! 178/7

19.4 it is raining wickets in Abu Dhabi and South Africa are crumbling like a pack of cards! Slower bumper outside off and this gets awfully big on Williams. Because of how the game is placed, he has to go after it and skews it off the top edge. Easy catch for Humphreys at short third, and Ireland are almost there! 182/9
