But in nearly 14 overs since, all they managed was 78 runs, with all eight of the remaining wickets gone. Romario Shepherd led the way for West Indies, as he discovered that the key was change of pace on a slow, gripping surface. Left-arm spin twins Hosein and Motie also realised that teasing the batters with a lack of pace was crucial, not least because there was some turn available for them.
