11.3 Delightful bowling from Lyon. Liberally tossed up outside off, this offbreak grips and drifts away, Lyon has Markram reaching out for a drive, but the batsman loses his balance and is dragged out of the crease. Beaten on the outside edge. Carey does the rest behind the stumps and that's how Lyon provides Australia the breakthrough. Flight: check. Dip: check. Drift: check. No turn but that does not matter 79/1
17.4 Lyon has taken down both the SA openers. Lyon tosses it up outside off, the one that got de Kock did not turn. This offering turns away from de Kock. He dares to force it away against the break. He is nowhere close to the pitch and only skews a catch to Starc at backward point. Both Markram and de Kock have tossed away bright stars 114/2
42.6 slices a slog to short third man. End of a fab, fab knock. It's amazing how batsmen play clean shots and get the big hits even if they don't wish to. The moment they start slogging, they end up miscuing and edging. Looked to pull, played too early, didn't pick the slower ball and was through with the shot nearly as it lobbed off the toe end. Fine knock and rightly applauded off the field. 265/3
49.6 flat-bats the pull, which for most parts looked to be a six, until you saw Maxwell throw himself high in the air at deep midwicket to pluck this with the sun right in front of his eyes. Rassie also picked out the longest boundary. 95 but what a knock, he'll have many more opportunities in the future to get a century, 325/6
46.5 pulled to long-on! JP backs away to get the free swing but is done in by the pace. Gets this off the top part of the bat so there was no timing whatsoever, excellent catch moving forward. End of an ODI career that could've been so much more, perhaps. 295/4
48.5 full, straight, late reverse and boom! The stumps go for a walk as this is a pitch-perfect yorker. Pretorious was looking for the wild swing, by the time his bat came down, the ball had crashed into the stumps 317/5

39.1 that's a stunner! Long-on was brought in specifically for this over, Morris, Superman Morris, plucks a magical catch running sideways at mid-on. Warner looks to belt this length ball over mid-on, hits it very well but Morris is just a tad too tall as he moves well to his left and times his jump to perfection to pluck that. Trust me that was travelling. What a knock from Warner though! 227/5
2.1 Run, run, run, Tahir! Don't catch him, people. Just let him run to.... Look at that celebration. Tahir himself said he'll miss it. Flatter legbreak, spins away outside off, Finch is on the back foot, punching in the air to short cover 5/1

48.1 Khawaja jumps too far across off, exposes all three stumps and searches for a scoop over the keeper's head. Rabada spears a full-toss, and Khawaja can just deflect it back onto the top of the stumps. Khawaja hobbles off for 18. Finch applauds from the change room 301/8
6.3 Pretorius wins an lbw appeal and celebrates the wicket of Smith. Smith has a word with Warner and decides against a review. On a good length and straight, Smith jumps across off in his own inimitable way and aims to work the ball away through the leg side but plays all around it and is pinned on the knee-roll of the front pad. Was height an issue? I'm not sure, the tracker might have returned umpire's call. Yup, umpire's call it is with the ball trimming the bails 33/2
18.3 gentle nudge to square leg, in comes Rabada with a quick throw even as QDK removes the bails. They're going up to check if Stoinis made the crease. Tell you what, that is absolutely brilliant! De Kock with an MS Dhoni like back-handed flick done in the most casual way possible, which probably made the batsman take it easy too. Massive moment in the game. Sensational from Quinton! 95/3
24.1 Wow, one-hander from de Kock! Rapid lifter outside off, rushes Maxwell into a hook. He top-edges it. The ball seems destined to fly over the head over the keeper... until de Kock leaps and plucks it out of thin air with his weak hand - right. 119/4
45.2 ...and Carey has picked out the off-side sweeper. Makram dives and swoops down on the ball. That should be the game. Carey backs away, gives himself some swinging room, opens the face and slices it to the outfielder. He elicits a standing ovation from Finch, Ponting, Smith, Shaun Marsh. Gem of an innings from Carey 275/7
44.4 106ks slower ball outside off from Andile. Cummins can't manufacture enough pace for himself. He has a hack at this but only skies it straight down the gullet of long-off. Duminy settles under it in fuss-free fashion 272/6

48.5 full and straight, Rabada makes a mess of the stumps and follows it up with a stare. The middle stump is tilted back. Starc aims to swing down the ground, but misses the line although the length was in the slot 306/9

49.5 Andile closes it out for South Africa. Another slower roller, Lyon picks it up and hoicks it into the lap of deep midwicket 315/10
