Hobart Hurricanes win by 10 runs in a very high-scoring encounter. Matthew Wade's magnificent century was the centerpiece, but for large parts of the chase the Strikers were well up in the chase. In the end, though, the impressive death skills of James Faulkner and Nathan Ellis sealed it. George Bailey has at least one more match in his career.

We now know that it will be Stars v Sixers at the MCG in the Qualifier on Friday. The Strikers will host the Knockout on Saturday against the winner of the Eliminator which will be the Hurricanes against either the Thunder or the Heat. The Heat play the Renegades tomorrow. It's all happening.

I'll wrap things up there for tonight. Will be back tomorrow. Thanks for joining us!

Faulkner to Carey, OUT, taken at long-off! Is that the game? Back of a length outside off, he flat-bats it down the ground but the lack of pace on the ball meant he dragged it

Faulkner to Carey, no run, a slower ball, wide outside off, just dips inside the guide line and Carey leaves it alone!
