129 looked like a daunting total for Strikers. After a few early wickets they never recovered thereafter. Wickets tumbled all the way through. Reardon and Ludeman tired their best but couldn't see their team home as they were bundled up for mere 97, lost too many wickets for few little runs. It was the Kiwi recruit Vettori who struck early blows in the chase. And undoubtedly Dan Vettori has been adjudged Man of the Match for his splendid bowling figures. That's it from here, join us for the second game, till then take care cheers!
