Kenya 333 and 254 (Ouma 58) lead Zimbabwe XI 352 (Sibanda 209, Odoyo 3-38) by 235 runs
Scorecard
A fascinating final day is in prospect at Kwekwe with the Zimbabwe XI needing 236 for victory. Kenya struggled to produce major partnerships in their second innings, after Vusi Sibanda's 209 earned Zimbabwe a narrow 19-run lead, but valuable contributions from the lower order extended the target.
Sibanda was unbeaten on 174 overnight and carried his eighth-wicket stand with Regis Chakabva to 161. Sibanda was eventually the last-man out and Kenya lost Rakep Patel before wiping out the deficit.
The home side continued to strike regular blows and Kenya's key man, Steve Tikolo, was trapped leg before for a duck by offspinner Timycen Maruma. When David Obuya fell for 39, Kenya were 76 for 4 before Maurice Ouma (58) and Alex Obanda (26) added 81 for the fifth wicket.
Ouma was bowled with the Kenya lead at 163, but valuable runs were added by Thomas Odoyo and Ragheb Aga. The wickets were shared around for Zimbabwe and now the pressure is back on the batsmen.
