Mumbai complete their first win of the Champions League, and it's by a comfortable 31-run margin. Guyana were never really in the chase once Pollard's blitz set them a target of 185.
"Foo was sent in way too late. He could have done a Pollard for Guyana if he had come in earlier. He was exceptional during the Caribbean T20. Don't know why Guyana opted for such a move," says Prashanth, who sounds like a Foo expert.
Mumbai have kept their chances of making the semi-finals alive. It's only a slim chance though since they need a few other results to fall into place. Pollard is the Man of the Match but you already knew that. He says he would like to bat where ever is best for the team. Full marks for diplomacy.
Tendulkar says Pollard was "special" and it was "tremendous batting" from him. He's says he is "okay" with Mumbai's performance. He feels the bowling and fielding can improve.
That's it from us at Cricinfo today. Come back tomorrow for more Champions League action. Until then this is George Binoy, on behalf of Binoy George, signing off. Cheers.
