That's all we have from the first game, but there is another one coming. Cheers
Herschelle Gibbs is MoM. He says: "Lovely to be back here. Nice to get off with a win. Ask Justin what was happening in the field. But even after those lapses, it's nice to finish the way we did. It was a two-paced wicket, slower, bowl back of a length, and it stops at you. You were better off hitting through the line rather than across."
Justin Kemp: We are really happy getting a win against a very good side. The guys came exceptionally well, we read the wicket well and took the pace off the ball. Then the guys batted exceptionally well. It's always a big occasion so we might have got ahead of ourselves when we dropped those catches. We are back to the drawing board on Monday."
Simon Katich: The openers got us off to a great start, we were aided by some of the drops, but we were later outplayed. The start we got we should scored at least 150. Well short of the mark. We clawed back well with the ball, but we need to improve."
So finally some team wins comprehensively as oppose to contriving to manufacture a thriller out of a straightforward chase. Cobras have done really well after a shambolic start to their day, where catches went down frequently. They gave away just 53 off the last overs they bowled, and then Gibbs and Levi mastered this slow track to see them home
