10.1 short of a length, bunted into the on side, he thinks he has hit it softly enough, and charges back for the second. Arul Suppiah charges in from deep midiwcket, picks up and throws in one motion, goes at the end of Hopkins, who struck the ball and is thus slower, and hits the stumps direct. 8.1 One of those trademark van der Merwe shots where he is looking at fine leg and hits to third man. Gives this an almighty thwack, and the outside edge lobs to short third. Auckland still alive, only just 52/2

19.5 low full toss, driven to deep cover, they take risking the new batsman by going for the second here. The throw is not accurate but is quick enough to catch him short. Hildreth has played a good hand, but Somerset needs one more run here 125/6
