0.5 the slowness strikes, 79mph, short of a length, just outside off, Blizzard wants to steer it, but is early into it, and drags it onto the stumps 2/1
1.6 what do you want on a hot Sunday afternoon if you are a bowler? Gentle for a full toss will do just fine. Kanwar has found point to perfection with this drive 9/2
2.1 Mumbai are disintegrating here. Clark gets his second. A wicket an over so far. This is shortish outside off, Rayudu plays a forceful shot, but all he manages is a thick edge towards Watson's face. Watson usually doesn't drop those. Not when self defence is involved too 9/3

4.5 Pollard goes. Big heave-ho. He wanted to send this to Pondicherry. Instead Pollard can himself go there now. Straight length ball, he stays deep in the crease and slogs across it. The stumps are splayed. Perhaps that's why captains don't want him to bat too many overs? Mikey Holding will approve 27/4
11.3 doesn't matter, O'Keefe doesn't need the umpire for this. Symonds gives him the wild charge, O'Keefe fires this in, beats him in the flight, hits the top of off 50/5
15.4 The slowness again. Can't just hit through the line. Sathish tries once again, and only manages to find long-on. Still, a busy hand from him nonetheless 70/6
19.5 short ball, doesn't come up at all, Bhajan bottom edges it not far from the stumps, Harbhajan tries the single, although he knows he is not going to make it. He gives up half way through, and Cummins hits the stumps direct. At least he has brought Franklin back on strike. Don't know if it is that wise a thing to do to keep Malinga off strike? I mean this is a strange tournament 98/7

1.1 that's plumb. Oh no, wait, the ball has trickled onto the stumps too. Watson is caught on the crease, this length ball stays low, hits him dead in front. Not sure if Umpire Tarapore would have given this, though. He let Symonds off earlier in the day. However, he sees the ball come off, and raises his finger 7/1
1.6 first fuller ball, and they have got Warner. Caught at short extra cover. Just stops at him, Warner is early into it, and ends up hitting it straight to the man 16/2
5.2 He is gone. Trying to force the issue in the Powerplay. This is short, not too wide, but he goes looking for the big cut. Gets the edge, Mumbai are ecstatic 27/4
2.5 Gone. Mumbai Indians are making a match out of this. Katich doesn't look too pleased. Malinga persists with the yorker, this time on middle and leg. Katich moves too far across, misses. Malinga is spontaneous with the appeal. Only an inside edge could have saved Katich here. Didn't get any 17/3

6.2 He has given him. That doesn't seem like that good a decision to me. This one has surprisingly turned a yard, and it couldn't have done both of the following things: pitch within the stumps and hit them too. Surely he is caught on the back foot, in front of the stumps, but this has pitched outside 28/5
