Update: It is official, the Uva Next are the first Sri Lanka Premier League champions, winning by 19 on the Duckworth-Lewis system!

Not the best way to win a final but the given the benefits it brings for the champion side, they will take it with both hands! Uva have also qualified for the Champions League T20 this season, becoming the 14th and final side to make it to the tournament.
