Australia have won this tournament for the third time. Big cheers from a tiny Australian contingent in the crowd, and the players mob Hazlewood's who's taken four wickets and delivered the final blow. The families of the cricketers are part of the crowd, and the players celebrate with them. Pakistan were favourties coming into this game, and at 69 for 1, it seemed they were on their way to another title. But the introduction of Doran into the attack turned the tables, and Hazlewood returned to inflict further damage and shut Pakistan out. A close encounter nevertheless, quite unlike what their senior teams have managed Down Under. The wicket of Hammad Azam, of course, was critical. Hazlewood is my bet for Man of the Match, but we'll just wait and see. Join us for the presentation in a bit.

The match officials get their medals first.

The runners-up Pakistan get their medals now. The names are being called out in alphabetical order.

Azeem Ghumman: "They played very well. We were 70 for 1, but lost from there on. It was very disappointing. The top order did well, and the middle order which has been winning the matches for us so far didn't click today. But I'm very proud of our performance in the tournament and I thank the people of Pakistan and our fans here for supporting us. Congratulations to Australia."

Josh Hazlewood is the Man of the Match for his four-for.

Hazlewood: "Very happy with out performance. It was great pressure, the boys stepped up. We had posted a par score, we have definitely peaked at the right time in the tournament. We'll have a typical Australian celebration tonight."

Dominic Hendricks, the highest run-getter this tournament, from South Africa, is the Man of the Tournament. He's not there to pick up the award.

The winning team, Australia, is being awarded the medals now.

Mitchell Marsh: "There were plenty of nerves. It's not everyday you get to play in a World Cup final. The boys stuck to their guns. We were in a bit of trouble there but the middle order stepped up and 207 proved enough. Everyone had their moments throughout the tournament. We're going to have a fellowship and celebrate with our parents tonight."

He holds aloft the Under-19 World Cup and the rest of the team joins in and poses for the camera. That's all we have from here. Thanks for tuning in. On behalf of Binoy George , who was the commentator for the bulk of this game, and Gopi Rangarajan on the scoring desk, this is Sid Talya signing off. Adios
