Nepal weathered a small crisis when batting, three quick wickets falling to have them at 90 for 4 midway through the innings but they came back well and posted a challenging score which Malaysia never looked like coming close to. Good performance by them in the field. Sagar Pun of Nepal for his 71, catch, wicket and tight eight overs is a decent candidate for Man of the Match but Match Referee Bandula Warnapura of the ACC and Sri Lanka has chosen Rahul Vishvakarma for his five wickets and he also gets the match ball.
