That's the Volts' tenth straight victory and it's the most important one considering Derek de Boorder will be lifting the silverware in just a few minutes A wonderful all round performance from the Volts has secured a 4 wicket win over the Firebirds. Ian Butler produced a blistering match-winning cameo to round off the job that Neil Broom couldn't quite finish off. Broom's 60 provided the backbone of the chase while de Boorder and ten Doeschate chipped in with a couple of vital contributions too. The Volts will now represent New Zealand at the 2013 Champions League Qualifiers later in the year and with the likes of Brendon McCullum, Nathan McCullum, Neil Wagner and Jimmy Neesham to come back into the side today. You can add Brett Lee to that mix too given his one-off appearance less than a week ago. Thanks for joining us here at ESPN Cricinfo for live coverage of the HRV Cup final for 2012/13.
