Miller 56* seals Dolphins victory

David Miller's unbeaten 31-ball 56 helped Dolphins chase down a hefty target to seal a four-wicket victory over Knights in Kimberley. Dolphins won the toss and put Knights in to bat, with the openers providing a strong platform, compiling 104 runs in just 11.3 overs. Rilee Roussouw was the first to go soon after reaching a sixth half-century in this format. Dean Elgar then joined Reeza Hendricks, with the pair adding another 49 runs between them. Hendricks' knock came to an end when he was caught by Cody Chetty off the bowling of Craig Alexander. Elgar also finished with an unbeaten 52 as Knights reached 176 for 4 at the interval.

Dolphins' chase was steered by contributions throughout the order. Cameron Delport stroked 36 off 26 balls to get Dolphins off to a decent start, before Chetty chipped in with a 29-ball 46. At 104 for 4, things looked rather even stevens for both teams, but Miller's entry at No.5 proved the difference as he continued to be positive in the face of consecutive wickets falling in the 17th and 18th overs of the innings. Miller struck three fours and a six in the 19th over to take Dolphins home with just seven balls to spare.
