Young Haris Rauf's execution of the late inswinging yorker at pace was a throwback to Pakistan's glory days as a fast bowling super-power. He was ably supported by Shaheen Shah Afridi, who knocked over Livingstone early and later came back to dislodge a dangerous looking Ingram.
