So Multan Sultans played with the emotions of their fans and almost botched the chase. They only had to track down 145 but a string of dots in the last couple of overs sent the game to the final over and had there been fewer misfields, the result could have been different. United lost the plot with the bat and that shuffle in the batting order didn't work in their favor. That being said, take no credit away from Mohammad Ali, who made the ball talk and was on top of his skill. He set the tone upfront and other bowlers held their end of the bargain, rallied around him superbly. So that's it from this exhilarating game. Come back tomorrow for the double-header! Until then, it's goodbye and goodnight from Rvel Zahid

Mills to Iftikhar Ahmed, 1 run, Geez! Multan Sultans win after giving a major scare to their fans! Hits a full-length just outside off, he manages to put some bat on it, fielder (Faheem Ashraf) at point charged in and chucks a throw but it's away from the stumps at striker's end, so close to what could have been the first Super Over of PSL!
