At one stage, it looked like it would be a lot worse than that, but 34 runs is still quite a hefty defeat in this format. The game was done quite early actually, as the United stumbled to 73 for 8. Thereon, it was only a matter of time, but Faheem Ashraf hit a fifty to avoid a very big loss. The damage was done by Umaid Asif, on PSL debut, and the bespectacled Ibtisam Sheikh, who combined for seven wickets.
