Commentator: Shashank Kishore

Monday's a rest day. We resume on Tuesday with Peshawar Zalmi taking on Multan Sultans. Hope you enjoyed our coverage tonight. Until next time, it's goodbye from all of us here at the commentary desk.

11.15pm Luke Ronchi's turbocharge and JP Duminy's calmness set the foundation for Islamabad United. The chase was clinically killed off in the end by Asif Ali, who played a superb unbeaten cameo. Karachi were sluggish with the bat, couldn't build any momentum in the middle overs and were quite poor with the catching. The positives: Babar's half-century, even though it may have been a tad slow, and Rizwan's cameo that got them to 150 plus.

JP Duminy: It's always nice to get in early, more opportunity to score boundaries in the powerplay. The century stand with Luke Ronchi set the game up for us. There wasn't lot of turn, it skidded through. It actually played better in the second innings and that benefitted us. The manner in which we won, we will take a lot of confidence out of it.

Imad Wasim to Asif Ali, SIX, he's nailed this though and this has bounced onto the road outside the ground, towards the wide long-on area. What a hit, made a crunching sound as bat met ball. This has been an absolute hiding for Karachi Kings

Imad Wasim to Asif Ali, no run, steps out to smack this outside the ground but ends up smashing a thick inside edge onto the pad as it rolls back towards the bowler

Mills to Asif Ali, 1 wide, slower ball that takes an age to get to the batsman, the direction's down leg as well and it rolls to the keeper

Mills to Asif Ali, 4 leg byes, cramped for room as he looks to work this off his hip but the ball deflects off the right thigh and beats the keeper to the third man boundary. They've referred it upstairs, but ball tracking shows this would've missed the stumps
