Ronchi's 77 off 41 consigns Lahore to sixth straight loss
The result meant a brisk half-century from Anton Devcich and a late blitz from Brendon McCullum came to nought, and Lahore remained winless this season

6.50pm Lahore fall to their eighth successive loss - and sixth this season. What went wrong for them this evening? They were about 20-30 runs short on a good batting pitch. Instead of sending Baz or Narine at No. 4, they sent Ramdin, and he laboured to 9 off 20 balls. Baz smashed 33 off 12 balls in the death overs, but it isn't enough to keep Lahore alive in the tournament.
Ronchi launched Islamabad's chase with a rollicking 22-ball fifty - the joint fastest in the PSL. He holed out with his side 13 away from victory, but Misbah and Farhan confirmed the win with six wickets and 14 balls to spare. This means Islamabad move to second on the points table.
Ronchi (who else?) is the Player of the Match: It is going well at the moment and hopefully it continues. I am a quiet person, I just went for it. I enjoy facing spin - Yasir and Narine all these guys. I try to be as instinctive as possible. If I go on with a clear mind, things go well.
McCullum: We bowled really poorly and pretty disappointed with the bowling performance. We did well with the bat and Devcich was hungry. Young guys might get an opportunity with us out of the contention. Ultimately as captain, you are responsible for the performances. I have done what I have done with other teams as captain but it has not resonated.
Misbah: Good comeback from the bowlers. In the first ten overs, Lahore were scoring well. It becomes easy with Ronchi playing that way. Shadab has good technique and can bat at No.3. Those are qualities which can make him play anywhere. They were bowling a lot of spin, and he was good at it.
That's a wrap of this game. Thanks for tuning in. This is Deivarayan Muthu signing off.
Sam: "Lahore need a full reboot, maybe change the skipper as well. They are really good team on paper but sometimes decision making comes short and sometimes execution. Sending Ramdin ahead of Baz or Naraine is truly head scratching move..."

Shen: "Watching Misbah play a T20 is as painful as watching Inzimam-ul-Haq play for Lahore Badshahs back in the days"
Shabaib Abdulla: "Islamabad should win the match as soon as posible as at the end of the group stage NRR will play a vital role"
After the Qalandars suffered their sixth defeat in six matches this season, McCullum suggested that a leadership change might be the best way forward
