ESPN is proud to announce comprehensive digital coverage of the ICC World Twenty20 from India as part of a four-year agreement with the International Cricket Council (ICC) for digital on-demand clips of all ICC events to be staged between the 2016-2019 period.
The agreement in Australia comes off the back of ESPN's recent, similar agreement for the UK and Ireland. It allows ESPN to bring fans in-progress, pre-match and post-match clips across the newly launched Australia edition of ESPN.com and ESPNcricinfo.com
Our digital coverage will feature perfect snack-size highlights for Aussie cricket fans, with near-live clips of fours, sixes, wickets and other key moments through ESPN's live match scorecard service on ESPNcricinfo.com, and a dedicated video section on the ESPN.com Australia edition.
The in-play content will be complemented by full match clips, up to five minutes, as well as pre and post-event content provided by the ICC.
In addition to our comprehensive official digital line-up, ESPN is also proud to announce a dedicated post-match panel program to run on its TV channels across the ICC World Twenty20 Tournament from India.
The ESPNcricinfo MatchDay panel program will bring fans the very best "game around the game" analysis that ESPN is renowned for - direct from India.
Featuring an international cast of leading commentators, including former Australia captain Ian Chappell, ESPNcricinfo MatchDay will have dedicated panel analysis pre-match, mid-innings, and post-match - all live streamed on ESPNcricinfo.com
Select post-match programs will also air on the ESPN TV networks within Australia and New Zealand, commencing March 16 and running through to a full review of the final on April 4. You can tune into the networks or WatchESPN for comprehensive analysis from our panel of experts across the following ICC World Twenty20 matches...
