The final standings after round one of Division 1 were confirmed over the weekend with Young Ashdod securing a top four place after a six wicket win over Neve Yonatan.
The teams now split into two groups of four, playing each other once to determine final standings. Lions Lod are in poll position going into the second round of matches with 24 points, ahead of Sri Lanka Jerusalem and Young Ashdod on 20 points each, whilst Sri Lanka Tel Aviv complete the top group.
At the bottom, Be'er Sheva, without a win all season, will need to show a significant improvement to avoid automatic relegation, whilst Ra'anana, Lod Rangers and Neve Yonatan will all be aiming to avoid finishing second from bottom and facing a tricky relegation play-off match.
