Botswana, Gambia, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda are among the 14 countries which have been earmarked as beneficaries of the Africa Cricket Association's 1999 development programme. The ICC Development Officer designated to Africa, Mr Hoosain Ayob, said "experienced South African coaches will spend four to five days in some countries." Improvement of practice facilities
