Fallon Sherrock has made history once again by becoming the first woman to compete in the Premier League Darts.

Sherrock, 25, first entered the record books in December by being the first woman to beat a man at the PDC World Championships.

She beat Ted Evetts 3-2 in the game, making six 180s -- a perfect score over three darts -- and had a match average of 91.12 in their first-round match.

"What I've just done tonight, I hope it just proves that women, we can beat the men, we can play well against the men," Sherrock said after her match in December.

After she beat Evetts, she also defeated former Champions League winner Mensur Suljovic before losing to No. 22 Chris Dobey at Alexandra Palace.

Sherrock, a former finalist of the women's world championships, challenged Glen Durrant to claim a draw in the fourth of five matches on Thursday.

Nine "challengers" take part in the Premier League, with each playing one match during the first nine weeks for prize money.

The Brit failed to qualify for a PDC tour card but will appear at the UK Open in March and will participate in several World Series events over the rest of the year.
