Noted appallingly strong person Hafthor Bjornsson is likely familiar to all of you by now for his star turn as noted appallingly evil person Gregor "The Mountain That Rides" Clegane on 'Game of Thrones'. His acting gig hasn't distracted him from his day job, which is to become the strongest man in the world. Bjornsson, who is 6'9" and around 420 pounds, seems to be pretty good at that job -- here's him throwing a 56-pound weight 19'3" straight up, which we were not aware was a record but certainly sounds like a record, yes?
