Gladbach's victory piles pressure on Bremen's Viktor Skripnik
Borussia Monchengladbach bounced back from their 4-0 defeat to Manchester City in the Champions League with a 4-1 win over Werder Bremen which could prove to be the final straw for the northern Germany club's bosses as coach Viktor Skripnik's future hangs in the balance.
Thorgan Hazard got the Foals well on their way to victory with two goals inside the first 17 minutes.
Raffael added a third minutes later before getting his second of the game just prior to half-time.
Serge Gnabry pulled one back late on, but a red card for Aron Johansson completed a miserable afternoon for Skripnik, whose side have lost three in a row in the league after being knocked out of the DFB-Pokal in the first round by lower-league opposition.
