Las Palmas fight back to beat 10-man Valencia at home

Las Palmas came from behind to beat 10-man Valencia 3-1 in La Liga.

Valencia took a 21st-minute lead at Estadio Grand Canaria when Santi Mina slid in to finish a slick move, but Las Palmas replied with a superb long-range Jonathan Viera strike before the break.

Munir El Haddadi was dismissed for a second bookable offence early in the second half and the hosts took full advantage as Mauricio Lemos found the net with a stunning free kick.

Kevin-Prince Boateng pounced on a slip by Eliaquim Mangala -- who was earlier fortunate not to concede a penalty after a challenge on Boateng -- to make the result safe.
