Manchester City are to send summer signing Enes Unal to Belgian club Genk on loan next season, sources have told ESPN FC.
City signed Unal from Bursaspor in a £2 million deal earlier this summer, but fear he is unlikely to gain a work permit.
The 18-year-old has won one cap for Turkey and is unlikely to fit the criteria for a permit under new FA rules.
City are now prepared to send him out on loan until he qualifies, and Genk have agreed a deal.
Unal has impressed on City's tour of Australia and is seen as a star of the future at the Etihad Stadium.
At the age of 16, he became the youngest player to score in the Turkish Super Lig when he struck as a substitute in a 1-1 draw with Galatasaray in August 2013.
