If you've been wondering just what ex-Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse is up to these days, then wonder no more.
After trying his hand at being a fashion designer, the recently retired Cisse is now making ends meet as a DJ for hire. Indeed, his latest gig, as unlikely as it may sound, was opening for Mariah Carey at her concert in Paris last week.
Cisse actually announced the news a few days beforehand, proudly alerting his Twitter followers of his immense "joy and honour" at being asked to warm up the crowd on behalf of the pop diva.

Sure enough, the gig came and went, with Cisse more than looking the part while stationed behind the decks at the AccorHotels Arena.

Incredible. There really can't be many other Champions League winners out there who can say they've shared a stage with pop royalty.
