Inter Milan have announced that goalkeeper Samir Handanovic has renewed his contract with the Serie A club.
Handanovic's previous terms at Inter were due to expire in the summer but an agreement has been reached to prolong his stay until 2019.
The Slovenian, who signed for the Nerazzurri from Udinese in 2012, said: "This is what I wanted, and when there is the same desire on both sides there are never any issues."

Inter boss Roberto Mancini added: "If it depended on me, I would also get Rodrigo Palacio's and Yuto Nagatomo's contracts renewed -- they're outstanding professionals.
"So many clubs are so close and the league table is changing on a weekly basis. The key is trying to remain as high up as possible, we've deserved our current first place and we just need to continue like this. But it's still early to be thinking about the Scudetto; the season is very long."
