Transfer Rater: Ivan Perisic to Man City, Seamus Coleman to Man United

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers for the summer. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Ivan Perisic to Manchester City 2.8

One-time Manchester United target Perisic is now a target for their neighbours. Calciomercato claim the Inter Milan attacker is a target for Pep Guardiola's Manchester City. The player has recently changed agents which has added further fuel to the fire that he may be moving in the summer. The versatile forward can play a variety of roles and it's this trait which makes him a desirable asset in today's market.

Seamus Coleman to Manchester United 2.5

Everton full-back Coleman was linked with a move to Old Trafford in January but a deal never materialised. However, various reports suggest interest in the right-back persists and Jose Mourinho may make a move for the 28-year-old when the season comes to an end. Manchester United legend Roy Keane, believes Coleman is perfectly suited to the club. He said: "I'd love to see Seamus at United. It would suit him down to the ground."

Davie Selke to Everton 2.3

Everton, West Ham United and Swansea City are all interested in RB Leipzig striker Selke. The Daily Mail covered the links in early January and the Toffees have retained their interest in the German attacker. The 22-year-old has dropped to the bench this season with Timo Werner the first choice striker for the team currently sitting in second place in the league.

Lucas Tousart to Bayern Munich 1.9

Manchester City and Bayern Munich are watching Lyon midfielder Tousart. The former Valenciennes junior has impressed since coach Bruno Genesio gave him the opportunity in the first team this season. The 19-year-old is tipped to be the long-term successor to captain Maxime Gonalons but some of Europe's best are already eyeing him up. France Football claim City and Bayern have been monitoring Tousart's progress and have asked about his situation.

Claudio Bravo to RB Leipzig 1.8

German publication Bild believe Leipzig are ready to offer Bravo a route out of Manchester City. The goalkeeper only moved to the Etihad in the summer from Barcelona for a transfer fee of around £17 million and it was clear he was Pep Guardiola's first choice. He loaned out Joe Hart and gave Bravo his full backing, but a series of high profile mistakes has seen his long term club at the future questioned. Leipzig hope to be in the Champions League next season and are on the lookout for experienced players.
