Barcelona have agreed a €25 million deal for Lyon defender Samuel Umtiti, club president Josep Maria Bartomeu has confirmed.
Lyon owner and chairman Jean-Michel Aulas had said on Wednesday that Barca had an "exclusive agreement" for France international Umtiti, 22, but added that talks were ongoing.
Speaking at a news conference on Thursday, Bartomeu said: "Barca have reached an agreement with Samuel Umtiti for the fixed sum of €25m.
"What is left to do is to speak with the player, who is playing with France now. When he is finished [at Euro 2016], the deal will be reviewed. OL have already made it official and we are confirming that it is true."

He added that goalkeepers Claudio Bravo and Marc Andre ter Stegen "won't leave" and said Javier Mascherano "is also staying."
Bartomeu, who also announced that Neymar is set to sign a new five-year contract, said Barca's revenue was €670m for last season -- €38m more than the club had budgeted for.
He said that meant they currently have around €68m to spend this summer when factoring in the €8m sale of Marc Bartra to Borussia Dortmund.
"The figure that works is €60m plus [the income received through] the possible sale of players," Bartomeu said. "Prudence allows us to follow our strategic plan and stick to that amount.
"If these positive figures were recurring annually we'd possibly rethink the situation, but for now we stick to this budget."

He also said that Barca are in a strong position to offer desirable contracts to their key players.
"We want to remain competitive, have the best players, enjoy our football and have stars like [Lionel] Messi, Neymar, [Andres] Iniesta and Mascherano," he said.
"So we have a strategic plan to continue facing [this challenge] without having to sell players to cover our debts."
Bartomeu also added that "we would like Denis Suarez to return but nothing has been finalised."
He was coy about Palmeiras forward Gabriel Jesus as well as Celta Vigo star Nolito, who is reported to be close to a deal with Manchester City.
The 19-year-old Brazil star has two release clauses in his contract, with one allowing Manchester City, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid to sign him for £16.7 million.
"I cannot confirm or deny anything about Gabriel Jesus," Bartomeu said. "I have seen him play in Palmeiras, he is a great player but I say this as a fan."
Regarding Nolito, Bartomeu said that the club did all they could to sign him in the January transfer window but were not successful.
"We had money but could not go into debt," he said. "It was impossible."
