Injured Belgium captain Vincent Kompany has spoken of his disappointment at the team's exit from Euro 2016.
The 30-year-old was unable to lead the Red Devils in this summer's tournament in France following surgery after ongoing groin problems that marred his season in the Premier League.
However, the defender was in the stand at Lille's Stade Pierre-Mauroy to see Wales come from behind to win 3-1 and book a semifinal against Portugal in Lyon on Wednesday.
Manchester City favourite Kompany tweeted: "Being positive is not to be confused with simplicity, you have to show mental strength.
1/2 Être positif n'est pas à confondre avec naïveté, c'est une voie pour laquelle il faut faire preuve de force mentale.
