Arne Slot's Liverpool tenure will begin with a trip to Portman Road to face newly promoted Ipswich Town on August 17, the Premier League fixtures list revealed on Tuesday.
His first home game at Anfield comes against Brentford on Aug. 24, before the first Old Trafford visit to face Manchester United of the post-Jürgen Klopp era takes place on Aug. 31. Liverpool host United on Jan. 4.
Slot's first taste of the Merseyside Derby against Everton comes on Dec. 7 at Goodison Park, with the return fixture happening on April 2.
Liverpool's run-in is set to be difficult as they play Tottenham Hotspur (April 26), Chelsea (May 5) and Arsenal (May 10) in three of their final five games of the season. The two north London clubs will be visiting Anfield, sandwiching a trip to Stamford Bridge.
The campaign closes with a home game against Crystal Palace.
Liverpool will be hoping to improve on last year's third-place finish in the Premier League while adapting to their new coach Slot after Klopp's near nine-year stint in the manager's role.
