Phil Booth back in Villanova lineup after broken hand

Villanova guard Phil Booth returned for Wednesday night's home game against DePaul after recovering from a broken bone in his shooting hand.

"We'll play him some," Villanova coach Jay Wright told ESPN's Jeff Goodman before the game. "We're going to keep a close eye on him."

Booth scored 14 points in 16 minutes off the bench as third-ranked Villanova crushed DePaul 93-62. Booth, who averages 11.7 points per game for the Wildcats, missed seven games with the injury.

Donte DiVincenzo moved into the starting lineup to replace Booth and averaged 17.3 points and 5.4 rebounds in that seven-game stretch. He started again Wednesday and scored eight points in 32 minutes.

Villanova (25-3, 12-3) is making a run at its fifth straight Big East regular season title.
