CHICAGO -- Slugger Jose Abreu has left the Chicago White Sox's game against the Seattle Mariners because of flu-like symptoms.
The 2014 AL Rookie of the Year popped out in the first inning and hit a fly to left in the third on Wednesday. He was replaced at first base by Matt Davidson to start the fourth.
Abreu came into the game batting .293 with 6 homers and 12 RBIs.
