San Antonio Spurs guard Derrick White had surgery on the second toe of his left foot, the team announced Friday.
White underwent the procedure Thursday to fix the dislocated toe.
He is expected to be ready for the start of next season, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
White averaged a career-best 11.3 points per game this season.
The Spurs were eliminated from postseason contention last week.
