Kobe Bryant's farewell game was bound to be an event of worldwide interest, with fans flooding social media all day with #MambaDay tributes and #MambaMemories. Then, at the moment that Bryant took the court for the final time, that came to a grinding halt.

The site didn't completely go down, but scheduled tweets failed to send and some users experienced difficulties accessing the site and sending tweets.
