The various transactions that occur during the NBA offseason are just as intriguing to the players as they are to the fans.
Rumors have been swirling at a dizzying pace over the past few days, and some big trades have also been reported, which prompted veteran center Dwight Howard to hop on social media late Tuesday for some hoops chatter with fans.
Ok Twitter Fans ,, give me your thoughts , trades or otherwise & Remember 2B-Nice 🤗 pic.twitter.com/Nl6lQFVvBN

Less than 10 minutes after Howard invited Twitter users to his Q&A session, ESPN's Marc J. Spears broke news of another trade that Howard probably wasn't expecting.
The Atlanta Hawks have agreed to trade center Dwight Howard to the Charlotte Bobcats, source tell ESPN's The Undefeated.

Five minutes passed, and Howard answered the first question from a fan, seemingly unaware that the Atlanta Hawks had traded him to the Charlotte Hornets in a three-player swap.
It was the only question that Howard, 31, would respond to as people immediately began sending tweets about the ironic timing of the news. It's safe to say that the fan interaction certainly did not go as Howard planned.
The Hornets will be Howard's fifth team in what has been a 13-year NBA career to date.
