Basketball editor Jason Jordan reported over the weekend that Holmes County (Bonifay) forward Chris Walker, the nation's No. 5 junior in the ESPNU 60, had reached out to none other than LeBron James for recruiting advice. Walker (@cwalkertime23) initially posted on Twitter: "@KingJames I’m a top 5 player in the country in class of 2013. Where should I go to college Mr. James?”

It seems James found the time to respond — the end of the NBA lockout notwithstanding. James told ESPN, "The advice I would give Chris Walker is to follow his heart and go where he believes he can help the program and they can give him a great education.” Brian Windhorst has the full story.
