Puyallup and Mount Si maintain their positions atop the rankings, but the rest of the top 10 underwent some serious reshuffling this week. Undefeated Kentwood entered the West Regional rankings and was bumped up to No. 3, while state semifinalist Camas dropped down a notch. Lake Stevens and W.F. West join the top 10, boasting undefeated marks, and Olympia enjoyed a four-spot leap after another undefeated week.
