Free-agent forward Eric Moreland has found an NBA team as he agreed to terms with the Cleveland Cavaliers, reports overseas-based pro basketball reporter David Pick.

Rumor Central

Moreland, undrafted in 2014, played his first two years in the NBA with the Sacramento Kings and their D-League team, the Reno Bighorns. In 2015-16, Moreland made eight appearances with the Kings and averaged 1 point and 1.4 rebounds.

Moreland is a long shot to make the Cavaliers roster as he will enter training camp last on the power forward depth chart. The Cavaliers might also begin the season with the 15th roster spot open as a way to keep their 2017 luxury tax bill as low as possible, which could make it difficult to make the team when the regular season begins in late October.
