The Milwaukee Bucks have had center Greg Monroe on the trade block for almost two years and forward/center John Henson for about six months. Though the majority of the 2017 free-agent madness is almost done, the Bucks are still hoping to move Monroe and Henson off the roster.
Per Gery Woelfel of The Journal Times, Milwaukee's front office is actively looking at all options to deal away the big men, as Monroe and Henson will likely have reduced roles in 2017-18, if they stay on the Bucks' roster.
Monroe's contract expires in 2018, and he's to make $17.88 million for the upcoming season. In 81 appearances during the 2016-17 regular season, Monroe averaged 11.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists.
Henson played in 58 games last season and averaged 6.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks. Henson is owed $31.7 million through the 2019-20 NBA season.
