More than a month and a half into free agency, Brandon Rush remains unsigned.
But according to KSTP sports reporter Darren Wolfson, the Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat are "still showing some interest" in the veteran swingman.
The Heat currently have 14 players signed to NBA contracts, with 12 having fully guaranteed salaries for the 2017-18 season. Indiana, meanwhile, still has two open roster spots available.
Rush, 32, spent last season with the Minnesota Timberwolves, averaging 4.2 points and 2.1 rebounds per game in 47 appearances. Minnesota has four open roster spots and could potentially offer Rush another contract if he remains unsigned close to the opening of training camp on Sept. 26.
