@PaulBiancardi who's the highest rated recruit out of WV this year?

Although superpower Huntington Prep plays in West Virginia, none of its ranked seniors are from the state.
The highest ranked player is three-star power forward Obi Romeo (Lewisburg, W.Va./Greenbrier East) who committed to St. Joseph’s.
The big man plays with an energy and excitement that is contagious. Romeo has only been in the state of West Virginia for a couple of years, arriving from Nigeria. Although he played AAU basketball for the East Coast Fusion, he is still learning the game, and it's conceivable that Saint Joe's could redshirt him to allow him to develop over a five-year period. He has good physical attributes such as size, length, ability to run and make plays at the rim.
Romeo owns an enormous wingspan and uses that length to protect the rim on defense and score in the paint at the rim. What he does best is rebound and block shots while scoring on offensive rebounds and hustle plays. He has shown the coach-ability and work ethic to improve. Romeo had offers from Big South and A10 schools, as well as interest from WVU and Arkansas before committing to Saint Joe's.
